How tools connect. Opptain is added to ChatGPT or Claude as a connector. It reads your other tools through the connectors those tools make for the same assistant, each signed in as you, so it sees only what you can see.
Already connected? Nothing changes. If Salesforce, Gmail or Gong already works in your ChatGPT or Claude, Opptain reads it through that connection. IT changes nothing.
Adding Opptain. On your own plan (ChatGPT Plus or Pro, Claude Pro or Max), you add it yourself. On a company plan (ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Claude Team or Enterprise), an admin turns Opptain on once; then each person signs in.
Plans needed. ChatGPT: Plus or higher. Claude: Pro or higher.
Not connected yet? Each tool's own connector has its own setup. Salesforce: Enterprise Edition or higher, and your Salesforce admin turns its connector on. Gong: a Gong technical admin sets it up. Gmail: a Google Workspace admin may need to allow it.
