Common questions

Opptain is not listed when I start a chat. In ChatGPT, type @Opptain in the message box, or press + and choose Opptain. In Claude, check Opptain is turned on under Customize → Connectors.

The assistant says a tool is missing, or the panel says Opptain was updated. Your assistant is using an older list of Opptain's tools. In ChatGPT, open Opptain in your app settings and press Refresh. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, then Opptain, and choose Refresh tools list from its ⋮ menu.

I was asked for a key. Opptain opens the record kept for you. Use the link your administrator sent, or the key you were given. A demo started from opptain.com/demo needs no key in the same browser.

Nothing reaches Salesforce or my email. Opptain never sends or writes on its own. It drafts; your assistant sends or writes with your own connected tools, after you say yes. If you have not connected those tools to your assistant, connect them there.

I want a copy of my record, or to delete it. Say "send me a copy of my record" or "delete my record" to Opptain. See Privacy for what is kept and for how long.
