You invite each rep with a link. Until a rep sends their commit, your team view shows them as "not sent", never as zero, so you see who's missing from day one. Your company has to let ChatGPT or Claude connect to Salesforce.
In the demo6 of 7 reps had sent. Priya showed as "not sent".
Every fact shows who said it and whether it was first-hand. When a rep's history is too thin to measure, it says it can't tell rather than guess.
By designDates are measured from each rep's closed deals in your Salesforce history. With fewer than 8, it says it can't tell yet. Messy history isn't cleaned up for you.
Your admins decide whether Opptain is allowed in your company's ChatGPT or Claude, and can block it in the assistant's admin settings. It has no account of its own in your Salesforce or mail; it reads through each rep's own connections.

No. It checks your dates against the customer's own deadlines and how long your past deals really took, not against what a champion told you.

No. Your manager sees only what you choose to send: your commit and your asks. Your notes stay in your own Opptain record.

Ask first if you're not sure. On ChatGPT and Claude business plans, your admin decides whether Opptain is allowed at all, and it reads only through the connections your company already lets your assistant use.

Your trial measures how much of your commit moved in the last three weeks, against your own last four quarters.
If your reps' assistants can update Salesforce, a champion's "the committee meets on the 23rd" can move a close date. The forecast then carries a claim as if it were a fact.
Opptain holds each date against the customer's own deadline and how long your buyers' reviews have really taken.
Nothing you already pay for. Your call recorder records the call, and your assistant puts your CRM in the chat. Opptain checks each deal's date before the commit goes up.
The trial measures how much of your commit moves in the last three weeks, against your own last four quarters. The measure is written down before it starts.

Works inside ChatGPT and Claude. Reads from Salesforce, Gmail and Gong, and from any other tool that has its own connector for your assistant.*
How tools connect. Opptain is added to ChatGPT or Claude as a connector. It reads your other tools through the connectors those tools make for the same assistant, each signed in as you, so it sees only what you can see.
Plans needed. ChatGPT: Plus or higher. Claude: Pro or higher. Salesforce: Enterprise Edition or higher, and your Salesforce admin turns on its connector. Gong: a Gong technical admin sets up its connector. Gmail: the assistant's own Gmail connector; a Google Workspace admin may need to allow it. Any other tool: whatever its own connector requires, which is often a company admin approving it once.
